Connective Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that is performed on areas of need on the connective tissue found throughout the body. An area of need is defined by the client, the client and doctor, or the client and therapist.

Deep Tissue Massage

Work that is done very slowly on connective tissue deep into the muscle to assist in relieving long-held muscle tension.

Sports Massage

During a Sports Massage session, body awareness is increased and injuries are addressed.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage increases circulation to all the tissues including the placenta, which assists in bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the fetus. 
It decreases fatigue, soothes tension, and 
facilitates rest.

Hot Stone Massage

Couples massage is a great way to introduce a partner, friend, or family member to therapeutic massage. Each client has their own dedicated therapist massaging them in the same room, at the same time.
